Saturday 8:30 a.m.:  What does it mean to be made in God’s image?  Why did God put the tree in the garden and then forbid Adam to eat from it?  Why is sin bad?  Men, please join Hebron Lutheran Church’s new Men’s Breakfast Bible Study group as we explore these questions in our study of Genesis together on Saturday mornings from 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. in the Hospitality (Donut) Room.
Since we are starting at “The Beginning,” no prior knowledge or experience with the Bible is necessary!  All participants will receive Max Lucado’s “Life Lessons from Genesis” (our study guide).

Sundays, at 10:15 a.m.:  Women’s Bible Study - led by Debbie Kloos/Deanna Parobeck.  The class will meet upstairs in the last classroom on the right (Room 202).

Sunday 10:15 a.m.: Context is King! – My friend is a photographer who takes wonderful pictures with his camera.  But when he uses his photo software the pictures become even more vibrant and colorful.  It is the same way in Bible study.  When you look at the history and customs at the time of the biblical events you will enhance your understanding and the Bible will come alive like never before!  In this class we will look at a form of study called the Historical-Grammatical Method.  This method looks at the original grammar of the text and its historical setting when it was written.  When we know the history and culture of the ancient world it will open up doors of understanding that will bring a greater appreciation and love of the Bible.  This class is for individuals who want to expand their knowledge and understanding of God’s Word and most importantly, get to know our King, Jesus Christ, even more.  The class is led by Rick Kloos on Sundays

mornings, and is available to anyone who would like to attend.  The class meets upstairs in the last classroom on the left, Room 205.
